CONGRATULATIONS! to Billy Griffin for winning First Place. Tim Sack came in Second Place in The Templeton’s first Shuffleboard Competition, an extension of our annual Olympics. Our new shuffleboard court has been officially broken in!
Thanksgiving at The Templeton started with a delicious Thanksgiving feast. Served by our friendly Morrison Living dining staff. We asked them to drop their face masks so you could see their smiling faces. Diners were entertained by harpist Winifred Garrett. Templeton of Cary Residents expressed gratitude throughout the month on November with their annual “Thanksgiving Tree.” Residents wrote expressions of gratitude on leaves and hung them on an illuminated tree placed in the Lobby. The annual tree has grown in size and participation as The Templeton population continues to grow.
Veterans Day was celebrated in a big way at The Templeton of Cary! A flag display adorned the front portico of the building. Posters inside the lobby and dining room honored our 40 veterans . These veterans represent every branch of the armed services. Every veteran’s apartment door was decorated with “A Hero Lives Here” . . . Read More
