Swift Creek Health Center joins Medicare

Swift Creek Health center at The Templeton of Cary has completed all inspections and is officially licensed under Medicare.

Currently licensed to provide skilled nursing and short-term in-patient rehab services (Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy).

The healthcare team is excited and celebrated by wearing “founding member” t-shirts throughout the building. What a great way to showcase our beautiful spaces.
