Kathy Lawrence is celebrating five years with Liberty Health!
“I have stayed at Liberty because I love the job that I do. I am passionate about helping others and love being a wellness director! I am proud of the wellness program I have built, which consists of 32 classes a week and includes several resident-led classes.
The most important accomplishment to me has been that the wellness department has maintained a 90 to 94 percent participation rate since our doors opened five years ago. Engaging the residents and motivating others comes easy to me. I am also very proud that I have built a meaningful, trusting relationship with the residents.
My favorite thing about working at Liberty is the Liberty Games! The Templeton of Cary has brought home the 1st place trophy for the Liberty Games for three consecutive years!"
