Templeton Wellness Director Kathy Lawrence celebrates the newest addition to the Templeton campus – a recently installed shuffleboard court. The long-awaited sport court will be put to good use as Residents prepare for the Templeton Olympics, coming up in October.
The Residents at the Templeton of Cary are in training for our weeklong Olympics beginning October 10th. Water Volleyball is a low impact, highly entertaining sport!
Templeton Residents enjoyed a trip to Seagrove, North Carolina. They were thrilled to meet nationally renowned potter Ben Owen III. Owen’s ancestors have had North Carolina clay on their hands since colonial times. The Residents at the Templeton of Cary have the opportunity to participate in Chair Yoga. The benefits of Chair Yoga include muscle toning, reduced stress levels, better breathing habits, better sleep and an overall sense of well-being.
