Swift Creek at Templeton- My mother lives at the community and I feel she is very well cared for. The management team is responsive and genuinely tries to make things easier for families. The caregivers who work with her every day are especially wonderful and have really taken the time to get to know her. Maintenance and front desk staff are also kind and helpful, and the building is kept in good condition. Overall, it has been a truly positive experience.

My mother just spent a week at the Templeton’s rehab center after getting out of the hospital (her Independent Living facility didn’t have a rehab on site). The Templeton’s rehab is brand new–she was the first visitor in the suite. Beautiful facility, great food, and wonderful people. They took great care of my mother. She was discharged today and upon picking her up there were also magazines, puzzles, etc. that they had brought to her, someone had polished her nails, etc. They were all just so kind!

I am different from your typical patients. I worked in the healthcare industry for several years in the 1990’s. Back then I was a Chief Financial Officer of a Home Health Care Agency in Texas. Based on what I saw at that time, I was very skeptical about receiving skilled nursing care when I was about to be admitted. Frankly, Swift Creek impressed me and gained my respect in every way. Clean, very clean facilities with spacious comfortable rooms. The service was top notch. My hat to everyone that waited on me: Nurses, Therapists, Physician Assistant, and Aides.
