A SWEET Morning of Unity and Hope!

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we hosted the Swift Creek Hope Pink Pancake Breakfast. Our residents from Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation joined hands with our dedicated Management Team and Campus Director, Alicia Stewart, to share a wonderful morning filled with warmth and support.
Together, we formed Team SCHOP: Swift Creek House of Pancakes! What a great morning it was, proving that in unity, we find strength and hope.
