University of Virginia Women’s Volleyball Visit!

University of Virginia women’s volleyball player Josi Williams got to bring the entire team along when she visited her grandparents Paul and Ellen Williams, Residents of The Templeton of Cary. The Cavalier team was on a three-match road trip to the area over Thanksgiving weekend. The team took a break on Friday morning when their bus dropped the team, coaches and staff off in Cary at The Templeton.
The team members played ping pong, cornhole and shot pool against some of Templeton’s Liberty Games champions. The morning ended with a UVA Volleyball vs. Templeton Trivia Match. Templeton Resident Penny Booth, a Virginia graduate defected over to the UVA team and helped the young Cavaliers eke out a close win against Templeton residents with the match going down to the wire. Many of the Templeton Residents, now with newfound young friends, attended the Virginia vs. North Carolina volleyball game on the Carolina campus last weekend.
