The 3rd Templeton Olympics reached a spectacular conclusion, and what a journey it has been! The morning began with an exhilarating Walk Race around The Templeton property, where Dean Patton triumphed in the men’s division and Sheila Cariani clinched victory for the ladies. In the final chair bowling event, Ann Jenkins claimed the gold medal, overcoming Harvey Lane in two thrilling tie-breakers, with Jean Heatherington securing third place.
And the Orange team emerged victorious as the overall champions! The awards party was a heartfelt celebration, honoring trophy and ribbon winners, as well as our incredible group of volunteers who kept the games running smoothly all week. The 2023 Templeton Olympics showcased remarkable efforts from competitors, dedicated volunteers, and enthusiastic spectators at every event. Congratulations Team Templeton!
