The residents at The Templeton of Cary are enjoying March “Meerkat” Posture Awareness Month! Whenever they see a Meerkat throughout the community, it is a reminder. the reminder: pull their shoulders back and sit tall. Of course, depending on their activity, it could be walk tall and stand tall.
Together we are learning from the engaging Meerkat’s excellent posture!
