WRAL TV Azalea Gardens and Ice Cream Day Trip!
A stroll around the WRAL TV Azalea Gardens followed by a trip to the NC State Howling Cow Ice Cream shop provided a fun day for 20 Templeton of Cary Residents.
The television station’s gardens were lush with walking paths and comfortable seating areas to enjoy the flowers, trees and birds. The residents then enjoyed delicious ice cream treats from the NC State Dairy Research and Teaching Farm while sitting on the porch overlooking the beautiful NC State Dairy Farm. NC State has been producing ice cream for more than 50 years and visiting Howling Cow was a tasty way for Templeton Residents to support the education of tomorrow’s North Carolina dairy leaders.
