Sleigh bells were ringing and carolers singing! Residents and their guests enjoyed an afternoon of fun! Everyone was serenaded by Holiday Carolers. Refreshments were served as they board the carriages. Oh What Fun we have at The Templeton!

For the second-consecutive year, the train is once again chugging. It circles around the annual Grandchildren’s Holiday Tree. The Templeton of Cary’s residents created ornaments with photographs of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The ornaments adorn the holiday tree located on the second-floor balcony. Residents express thanks in a unique way. The annual “Thanksgiving Tree” has leaves of expressions of gratitude. Thanksgiving brunch was wonderful, especially with entertainment by renowned harpist Winifred Garret.

The Templeton celebrated the Marine Corp birthday on November 10th. It was a pleasure honoring Resident retired Marine Captain Bob Bartsch and three young Marines from the Cary recruiting station. Our Trunk made quite the impression at WakeMed Cary’s Trunk or Treat event on Friday night. Despite the rain and chilly weather, over 1,000 kids attended and they all wanted pictured taken with our Dr. Seuss Crew!
