Chef Bryan and the dining team hosted a Teaching Kitchen for our Residents featuring superfood whole grain/Quinoa. Quinoa is an excellent source of protein. Pound for pound, quinoa has more protein than a sirloin steak! So, add quinoa instead of meat to any salad for a healthier option.
